Nice ambience in the cafe. Food and coffee was served nice and hot with excellent service. Good choice on the menu.

Was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered online and waited patiently for an email to confirm delivery within 3-5 days. I had nothing so phoned on day 7, they had phoned me to arrange delivery, but I hadn't answered. I wasn't expecting a phone call as it did say expect an email. The order was finally arranged for delivery but they couldn't come until the following week which wasn't good as I needed the furniture for a family event. They kindly offered another delivery service for the coming Wednesday. I took the day off to await it's arrival. I received an email Wednesday morning saying one item was out of stock, so they hadn't sent the delivery out. After confirming that I could purchase the item elsewhere delivery was then confirmed for Thursday, I couldn't take another day off so I sent for my mother to come and sit and wait for the arrival. Unfortunately, I then received another email Thursday morning to tell me the whole lot was now out of stock so I would have no furniture. The money wasn't refunded after 3-5 as promised and on day 7 I phoned to ask why it hadn't been reimbursed and they hadn't done it. The money was then finally reimbursed as I was on the phone. Lots of hassle for nothing.
Ordered 2 sets of garden furniture. Polite courteous service, timely delivery, competitive price. Minor damage to one item was promptly sorted with a replacement arranged within few days.Probably the best online shopping experience ever.
